Bridging Finance

What is Bridging Finance?

People are often looking for ways to solve their short-term financing requirements and a bridging loan can address this need. It is simply a short-term loan secured against a property, providing cash flow for a short period of time.

Bridging loans have typically been used for purchasing property or refurbishment projects to help with short-term cash flow. As the industry grows, traditional banks are increasingly being joined by a new wave of lenders willing to offer this type of financial arrangement.
"I used Alison’s services many times in a former life as a property developer. I still recommend Property Link’s excellent service at every opportunity".
"We have been working with Property Link Homes for a couple of months now and I couldn't be happier with how efficient and professional they are."

How does bridging finance work?

Bridging loans are usually offered for shorter terms from one month up to 12 months and are typically in the form of a short-term bridge secured against a residential or commercial property or land, on a 1st or 2nd charge basis.

To secure bridging finance, a clear and viable exit plan is required, and with over 30 years of experience, we can help you put this in place.
